At Wellness Support Partners, LLC, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how your data is handled. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the Accountability Tracker application (the "App").

2. What Data We Collect

We do not collect any of your data. All information you enter into the App is saved directly on your personal device and is never sent to, stored on, or accessed from any server.

The information you may enter into the App includes:

• Profile Information: Your name, email, and organizational affiliation
• Activity Data: Daily activity metrics (prospects found, invitations made, presentations given, follow-ups completed, customers, business partners, events promoted, affiliates)
• Notes: Personal reflections and notes about your daily progress
• Prospect Information: Names, emails, phone numbers, and notes about contacts you enter
• Travel & Expenses: Trip details, starting point, destination, miles driven, and expense categories
• Lead Capture Data: Information submitted through the "Enter Here" form (name, email, phone, interests)
• Goal Information: Your 90-day challenge goals and start dates

All of the above stays on your personal device and remains fully under your control. Wellness Support Partners, LLC has no access to it.

3. How Data is Stored

Primary Storage: All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage. This means:

• Your information never leaves your phone or device
• Your data is not sent to external servers
• Your data remains private and under your control
• You can access your data anytime without internet connection

Backup & Export: You can export your data at any time using the export functions in the App. Exported data is sent to your email or downloaded as a CSV file. Once exported, that data is subject to your email provider's privacy policies.

4. How Your Data is Used

We do not use or collect your data. Your information is not stored on any server, app store, or external system. Everything you enter stays on your personal device and is used only by you, for you:

• To track your personal daily activity and progress toward your goals
• To maintain your prospect list and contact information
• To log your travel and business expenses
• To help you stay accountable to your commitments

Lead Capture Forms: The only time information reaches us is if you voluntarily submit a form that sends an email to us (such as a partnership inquiry or support request). In that case, the information you choose to send may be used to respond to you about your indicated interests. You provide explicit permission for contact when you submit the form.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or provide your data to third parties. Because your data is stored only on your personal device, we have no data to share.

• Email Export: When you export data via email, it is sent through your email provider's servers. Check your email provider's privacy policy.
• Your Choice: If you voluntarily share your exported data with others, we are not responsible for how they use it
• Legal Compliance: Because we do not collect or store your data, we have no user data to produce in response to legal requests. Any information you have voluntarily emailed to us (such as a partnership inquiry) may be disclosed only if required by a valid legal process, such as a court order or subpoena

6. Data Security

Because your data is stored on your device, the security of your information depends on:

• Your device's security settings
• Your password and login protection
• Whether you clear your browser's cache and data
• Your browser's built-in security features

Important: If you clear your browser cache or delete app data, your information stored locally on your device will be deleted. We recommend regularly exporting your data as a backup.

7. Cookies & Tracking

The App uses local storage to save your data on your device. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics to monitor your behavior. We do not track your usage patterns or online activity.

8. Contact Information & Lead Forms

If you submit contact information through any form in the App (including "Enter Here," partnership inquiries, or support requests), that information may be used to contact you. You always have the option to opt out of communications or request that your information be removed.

9. Children's Privacy

• Access: You can access all your data by using the App
• Export: You can export your data anytime using the export functions
• Delete: You can delete your data by clearing your browser's local storage or uninstalling the App

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
